Terms & Conditions
Clients assume full responsibility for their health decisions and should avoid sharing private sensitive information publicly. WBH does not guarantee confidentiality of posts or interactions. (Link to Privacy Policy) WBH also does not screen every post made by community members, and as such takes no responsibility for the veracity of claims or content. Our policy is caveat emptor and treat others as you expect to be treated yourself.
Coaching Agreements and Membership Levels
WBH offers Free, Premium, and Platinum memberships, with coaching services available via separate paid access following completion of the Foundational Course (link to Coaching Agreement).
Membership fees are non-refundable, but members can rejoin at any time.
Clients agree to indemnify WBH against any claims or liabilities arising from their participation.
Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, then mediation via Peacemaker Equity, following their rules and principles. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration. Parties waive their right to sue in public courts and agree to arbitration or, if necessary, appeal via jury trial under Peacemaker Equity principles. Costs of arbitration are shared equally, and the arbitrator’s decision is final.
Parties wishing to opt out of binding arbitration must notify Peacemaker Equity in writing within 7 days of accepting this Agreement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Fees for unused services will not be refunded.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by natural common law. Parties may seek remedies for losses or claims by presenting evidence to the other party, with all rights reserved.
By registering online, clients agree to these terms as if they had autographed them physically.
